THE IMPORTANT DETAILS

Terms of service

A clear starting point for how Pixlite is intended to work. Please review this draft before launch.

Draft prepared October 11, 2026

1. About these terms

These draft terms describe the proposed rules for accessing the Pixlite website and related creative services (the “Services”). The legal entity that will provide the Services and its address must be added before these terms are published as final. Pixlite intends to serve users globally, with a focus on the European Union, Canada, and the United States. That intended reach does not by itself determine which law governs a particular user's relationship with Pixlite.

2. Using Pixlite

You must use the Services lawfully and respect the rights and safety of others. Do not use the Services to violate applicable law, interfere with their operation, bypass safeguards, or create or distribute content that you are not permitted to use.

If accounts are offered, you will be responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Account eligibility and age requirements must be confirmed before launch.

3. Your content and generated results

You remain responsible for the prompts, files, and other material you submit. You should only submit material that you have the right to use and process. Output may be unpredictable, similar to output generated for others, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

The ownership, license, and permitted use of submitted material and generated results are not finalized. Pixlite must clearly define these rules and any third-party provider terms before public launch.

4. Credits and payments

Any prices, token balances, generation charges, taxes, expiration rules, and payment-provider terms must be shown before a purchase or paid generation. No pricing commitment is made by this draft. The final payment terms must explain what happens when a generation fails or is cancelled.

5. Availability and changes

The Services may change as Pixlite develops. The final terms should state how material changes will be communicated, when updated terms take effect, and how a user may stop using the Services.

6. Liability and contact

Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, dispute handling, termination rules, and statutory rights depend on the provider and applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections that may apply in a user's location. They have intentionally not been finalized in this draft. Add the legal provider name, business address, governing terms, and contact method before publishing final terms.
