Pixlite has not yet finalized the rules for paid plans, token packs, unused balances, or refunds. This draft is not a promise that a particular purchase is refundable or non-refundable. Final terms must be shown before any payment is accepted.
What the final policy will explain
- Which purchases, if any, can be refunded and how long you have to request one.
- How unused tokens, expired balances, and cancelled plans are handled.
- What happens when a generation fails, is interrupted, or uses only part of a balance.
- How taxes, payment-provider fees, and legally required consumer rights apply.
- How to submit a request and when to expect a response.
Contact and effective date
A monitored billing contact, the refund request process, and the effective date will be published with the final policy. Until those details are confirmed, do not treat this page as the terms for a purchase. The final rules must be checked against consumer protections that apply in the user's location, including in the EU, Canada, and the United States.
